Vareena has over fifteen years of experience in people management, communication, and office management skills. She commenced her career in Human Resources at Kotak Wealth Management in a generalist role. In 2009, Vareena joined Bay Capital, where her primary responsibility was people and office management (2009-2018). Vareena is based in India and has been a part of the team since inception.
