Jim is based in London and started his career at Goldman Sachs in July 1982 as a sales associate in the U.S. Shares and over a twenty-year career managed and led several different equity businesses. In 1996, he was named a Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and left in 2002. Prior to Hill Fort, Jim was with Bay Capital Partners UK (2014-2018), where he helped Bay Capital build their long-only business and improve their Private Equity efforts. Jim is based in London and is the Co-Founder of Hill Fort.
